Neil Yarnal — Brand Designer & Creative Technologist
Neil is a Founder, Principal Brand Designer, and Creative Technologist operating at the intersection of brand, systems, innovation and product. His work focuses on how organizations can better structure intent—shaping the processes, frameworks, and decision-making models that define organizations for scale. Through concepts like The Who* Work and Communal* Design, he develops living systems that prioritize identity, alignment, narrative and trust over purely transactional metrics. Today, Neil is co-building a marketplace of modular branded tools & orgs that connect local access, emerging technology, community-driven governance and creativity. He is particularly focused on the role of identity development, brand narrative, legal tech, governance models, and new creative mediums that advance healthier standards for the growing gig economy. Neil loves learning about new projects focused on solving real problems.
